CREDIT FOR MODERNIZATION AND INVESTMENT

Solution for companies to find resources for investment or modernization with the most complete offer of credit products tailored to the needs of companies and entrepreneurs.

Benefits

Bancóldex makes credit payments flexible so that they may be adjusted to SME’s cash flow with monthly, quarterly or semi-annual amortization, increasing or decreasing payments and grace periods.
Once a percentage of the mortgage-backed credit products has been amortized, SME’s may have new resources with new credit operations associated with the same guarantee.
Access to the bank’s collective policies to insure assets pledged as security with preferential conditions and monthly payment.
Use of real estate and/or personal guarantees to support the credit.

Bancoldex supports company's financing plans related to investments in partnership with the Commercial Banking::

FEATURES:

Companies with more than 74 billion in sales.
Projects exceeding 5 million dollars in investments or its equivalent in Colombian pesos. Bancoldex may finance minimum 2.5 million dollars, without exceeding 50% of the total project value.
For investments in CAPEX
Operations with at least 120% guarantee coverage..
It does not apply for replacing liabilities.

Bancoldex participates in the financing of large strategic projects for the country, where several financial and multilateral entities participate due to the size of investment in order to achieve the expected financial closure
