Aiming to focus financial support for the entrepreneurial sector, the Bank has entered into several agreements with governmental entities such as ministries, regional government offices, city halls, international cooperation agencies, among others, in order to establish financial support mechanisms to provide liquidity in pesos and or in dollars for different entrepreneurial sectors offering resources under preferential short, medium and long term financial conditions.

Within the framework of the agreements established, resources are directed in accordance with the entrepreneurial sector seeking the benefit, with regional and national coverage, depending on the entity with which the agreements has been entered into and on the parameters established thereunder. In such sense, financing granted by Bancóldex under the agreements scheme is divided as follows:

  Credit Line Bancóldex – Colciencias, Financial Support Mechanism for Mipymes, Credit Line AECI – Micro-finance Spanish Program, Credit Line Displaced Population due to Violence, Credit Line Violence Victims, Competitive Enterprises and Productive Transformation.

  Credit Line Bogotá for micro and small enterprises, Credit Line for entrepreneurial micro credit and for enterprise creators of Bogotá, Credit Line Putumayo, Credit Line for Barranquilla- Transmetro, Credit Line for Rionegro, Antioquia and Credit Line Megabus for Pereira.

Automatic guarantee Bancóldex - FNG., with 70% coverage for the special credit quota productivity and competitiveness support – "aProgresar"

In order to facilitate access to credit for enterprises performing investments under the special quota "Productivity and Competitiveness Support – "aProgresar" ", BANCOLDEX offers an automatic guarantee with coverage of up to 70% of the credit applied for, through the Fondo Nacional de Garantías – FNG (National Guarantee Fund).
