The purpose of this credit line is to finance Colombian goods and/or services purchasers abroad, through financial intermediaries previously rated by BANCOLDEX, or by Banks with Investment Grade Rating, utilizing payment instruments. Likewise, finances contracting of engineering or construction projects, to be developed partially or in whole by companies domiciled in Colombia. It may also finance Colombian goods purchases through ALADI payment agreements in member countries, with banks authorized to operate such agreement
