This special credit quota action plans intended for improving productivity and competitiveness of SMEs from all sectors of the economy, financing fixed and deferred assets necessary for the following activities: productive capacity modernization ; development, acquisition and technology transfer; increase value added of the products; international expansion plans, investment projects for improving and controlling environmental impact.

This special credit limit promotes medium and long term indebtedness since it contemplates an inverted rediscount rate curve (for larger terms the rediscount rate is lower).  Additionally, after the entrepreneur has complied with two management indicators, one year after having carried out the investment, it may obtain a financial benefit. Currently this special credit line offers two types of limits: modernization, innovation and technological development and another for entrepreneurial capitalization.

Automatic Guarantee BANCOLDEX – FNG. , with coverage of 70% for the Special Credit Limit to support Productivity and Competitiveness “aProgresar”

To facilitate access to credit for enterprises carrying out investments under the especial line “Support to Productivity and Competitiveness – “aProgresar””, Bancoldex offers, through the National Guarantee Fund - FNG, an automatic guarantee with coverage up to 70% of the credit requested.
